Every candidate runs your full test suite plus configurable quality gates: coverage delta, regression checks, type safety, and reviewer-defined thresholds. A change must clear the gate to advance — proposals that merely overfit your tests are rejected.
Staging-first auto-deploy
Survivors auto-deploy to a staging environment in shadow. Closed-loop monitoring compares staging behavior to the expected baseline. Behavior drift beyond your tolerance → quarantine, not promotion.
Safe promotion to production
A concurrency lock prevents racing edits. Gradual rollout ramps traffic from 1% → 10% → 100%. Auto-revert on error-rate or health-check breach. Production promotion is always opt-in.
